As children we all have the innate ability to dream, but the older we get the more we seem to forget about these dreams. But, for so many children in South Africa today, dreams are about surviving a life threatening illness.

For this reason the Reach For A Dream Foundation fulfils dreams everyday for ill children to give them the hope and encouragement they need to fight and beat illnesses such as cancer, cystic fibrosis and muscular dystrophy to name a few.

Khukhanyile Children’s Development

Khukhanyile Children’s Development aims, through giving opportunities for young girls from Khayelitsha to show their dancing talent, to enhance the personal development and self worth of each of the 20 enthusiastic members of this group.

Assisted by Silent Smiles, and supported by Bondit and Spice, tonight is their second public performance. We hope and trust that you will join us in encouraging and supporting them as they share their youthful talent and rhythm.

Cafda is a community based Child and Family Organisation operating in the Southern Peninsula providing counselling, care and educational programmes to encourage personal and family development.

Place of Hope

Our Vision is to see the dignity and hope of women and their children in crisis restored, empowering them to reclaim their rightful place as functional, responsible members of society.

By working together we will find a means to rehabilitate, restore and reintegrate abused, traumatized and displaced women into mainstream society.

Tears

TEARS is a non-profit, pro-life animal rescue society. We rescue abused, neglected and abandoned animals, and provide them with veterinary care, shelter and food until they are adopted by a loving family.

Community Intervention Centre

A non-profit organisation offering trauma intervention and crises management services, identified the need for the safe house in the area after handling numerous cases of domestic violence.
